What if I have a claim?
Claims will fall under the following categories: (1) Lost order, (2) Damaged merchandise, (3) Shortage on order, (4) Defective merchandise, (5) Wrong item sent, (6) Manufacturer's Guarantee defect.


If any of the six above occur and you expedite your report: 
By contacting us at (Toll Free) 1-800-570-5071 as soon as possible, giving us your name, address, and phone number and as much info about the order as possible, we will reship to you or credit your account and/or give you detailed information as what to do.

What if my order is LOST ?
It doesn't happen often, but carriers such as UPS, truck lines and Parcel Post do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable period, do the following:

  1. Phone us (Toll Free) 1-800-570-5071.  Please have as much of following information you have ready:
    1. Your name as it appears on your order.
    2. Your account number.
    3. A copy of the order submitted to us and date communicated.
    4. Approximate dollar amount remitted and how the order was paid. PayPal? e-check? Charge card? Money order? etc.
    5. Your latest statement from us, if it shows the order in question.
    6. If a partial order was delivered and the invoice is included in one of the delivered cartons, please have this invoice available and a list of the missing items. Advise us of the number of cartons received.
